Answer the quick questions yourself
Four tools I built for my own clients. Work out your PAYE, check a VAT figure, get the document list before you visit, or size up a monthly fee. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send it.
VAT registration is compulsory once taxable supplies exceed R1 million in any twelve month period, and voluntary from R50 000. I handle the registration and the returns.
This is a guide, not a quote. The real number depends on transaction volume and the state of the books when I take over. I confirm a fixed fee in writing before any work starts.
Four steps from behind to in front
Most businesses come to me mid-mess: returns outstanding, penalties running, books eighteen months behind. That is a normal starting point, not an embarrassing one.
You and I sit down and look at the actual position
You bring what you have, I tell you plainly what is outstanding, what it will cost and what the exposure is.
I take the file over
Registered as your tax practitioner on eFiling, requesting the statement of account, and pulling the history from SARS and CIPC so nothing gets missed.
I bring you current
Outstanding returns filed, penalties disputed where there are grounds, books reconstructed to trial balance and reconciled.
I keep you current
A monthly rhythm with fixed dates, so submissions happen before the deadline rather than in the week after it.
- UpfrontYou get the fee in writing before I start. No invoice arrives that you have not already agreed to.
- CompetitivePriced in line with industry standards for the work involved, not against what I think you can absorb.
- TransparentYou can see what each part of the work costs, so you can take on some of it yourself if you want to.
Start with a conversation
Tell me where things stand and I will come back to you on what is outstanding and what it will take to put right.
